This allows us to sell the best quality lamb in Cortez, Colorado and around the state. Our commitment to sustainable farming ensures that our lambs are not only healthy, you will taste the difference. About the Ranch
At Crooked Sky Ranch we sell grass-fed registered Dorper lamb, whole and half lambs and registered breeding stock from here at the ranch and around Cortez, CO and the Four Corners Region. We are a working sheep ranch that also offers accomodations to travelers on Airbnb and various Horse Hotel sites.
Our Mission
Crooked Sky Ranch is an LLC co-owned by Lisa & Billy Akers where we are blessed to raise grass-fed, registered full blood and pure bred black head Dorper sheep. Our Mission is to breed Dorper sheep for commercial and breeding stock in a sustainable, enjoyable, easily managed animal ranch enterprise.
